The Power That Made the Body Heals the Body
The germ theory has been a popular belief among doctors and scientists since the 1800’s, and it has been accepted as truth by the world as a whole. However, the idea that a microbe, or pathogen, invades our body and causes illness is pretty ridiculous when you consider that we are made up of and surrounded by trillions of microbes all of the time.
The health of our microbiome has become a hot topic within mainstream and alternative medicine over the past few decades, so therefore, everyone knows we are inundated with microbes, so why are we not always sick?
Because GERMS DO NOT CAUSE DISEASE!
Our bodies will create the ideal environment to attract the type of microbe that we need for healing. In other words, symptoms of illness are a sign of healing. If we need some bacteria to help clean up some diseased tissue, that’s what we will get. Viruses, if they exist, help wall off and excrete toxins, and all the while, they are communicating the danger of the toxin to the tissues around them.
Let’s break it down:
Bacteria, fungi, and parasites aid the healing process by breaking down and excreting dead or diseased tissue. They lie dormant in the body until they are needed to do a job. I do believe that fungi (yeast) can become harmful if there is an overgrowth of fungi due to poor diet and lifestyle, but otherwise, they have a very important role to play.
Viruses have never been isolated by science and it is skeptical that they even exist. According to Dr. Tom Cowan, “Viruses cannot be distinguished from exosomes. An exosome is an extracellular vesicle that is generated from the tissues as a way of detoxification and communication. When the tissue is exposed to a toxin, the tissue packages the damaged genetic material into vesicles to be excreted. It is the body’s way of ‘pooping out poisons’. The exosomes also communicate (by a resonance) to surrounding tissues, signaling danger so they can make a defensive response.”
So, we can conclude that viruses do not exist as they cannot be distinguished from exosomes. That may be difficult to wrap your head around since we have been taught all about viruses since we were very young!
So, what causes illness or disease?
The teachings of a medical philosophy called Germanic New Medicine, which aligns very closely with chiropractic philosophy, state that all disease is caused from an initial sudden, unexpected conflict shock. (Such as the loss of a loved one, or being told that you have six months to live.) This conflict shock impacts a certain area of the brain which then impacts the health of a certain organ. They have found that the symptoms occur mostly in the healing phase – after the conflict is resolved. The exceptions are malnutrition, accidents, and poisons.
Let’s look at this idea a little further and add a bit of my own ideas to the mix.
- Conflict shock: Affects a particular organ depending on the nature of the conflict. The organ is biologically affected, but symptoms usually appear after the resolution. This can be symptoms of a cold, a rash, or even cancer as the bacteria and fungi begin to clean up the diseased tissue.
- Malnutrition: The body needs adequate nutrition to function properly, just like your car needs the proper fuel to run.
- Accidents and injuries are not really an illness but they still require a healing phase, which the body innately knows how to do.
- Poison: This is where the viruses (exosomes) come in as they help detoxify and defend the tissues. This can be anything from EMF radiation, heavy metals, or chemicals.
- Belief systems: This is my addition, although Germanic New Medicine does discuss this when they address what they call triggers or tracks.
Let’s explain Belief Systems a little further. For example, our society believes that viruses are contagious and they will make us sick. Therefore, that belief alone can cause you to become sick just by being around someone that has symptoms. Or, you believe that every Christmas you get a cold – you own that belief. So, of course, every Christmas you will get a cold just because you are basically telling your body that’s what you want to do.
So many people ‘got Covid’ during the pandemic due to the fear that was being projected onto us from all angles. The mainstream media, people wearing masks, fact checkers, social distancing – the fear escalated and people became sick because they were told that they were going to.
Belief Systems can extend into our thoughts about ourselves that cause limitations and hold us back from being successful. For example, after your dance recital, your mother always mentioned that the other girl, Anne, was such a great dancer. You then believe that Anne is a better dancer than you and you will never be good enough.
What do we do if we become sick?
Mom always said rest, fluids and chicken soup. She was not far off. However, there are ways we can optimize our healing phase without shutting it down or stifling it. Most of the time, we should allow our bodies to go through the healing phase instead of taking medications to stop the symptoms, but there are things we can do to ease our suffering.
Vitamins are necessary to give your immune system (support system) the tools it needs for the healing process. Herbs can be used to reduce the symptoms when they become too uncomfortable.
Healing frequencies such as listening to 432 Hz music or any music that is calming to you, meditation, and prayer.
And, of course, rest, fluids, and chicken soup.
Healthy Lifestyle Practices:
- Diet is important. I always say, ‘Eat the food that God gave us, as close to its original form as possible. Choose fresh, organic produce, grass fed and pasture raised meats and eggs, wild caught fish, and organic whole grains.
- Exercise. Choose an exercise routine that is fun for you and within your fitness level. Do not over exercise which can stress the adrenals.
- Play. Have fun and enjoy life. Make friends and engage in social activities such as playing golf, attend girl luncheons, or join a reading club.
- Rest. Take time to yourself if possible. Read, take a bath, knit, piddle in the shop, etc. And be sure to get 7-8 hours of good sleep each night.
- Pray, express your Gratitude to God every day. Be one with God, one with Earth.
God does not make mistakes! There is a vitalistic, innate intelligence of life built into our bodies and the body knows how to heal itself. Take control over the sovereignty of your being by becoming educated as to the real cause of disease. Or shall we call it dis-ease?
When you get the knowledge, you can use your wisdom to tell you what to do.
