Hi, I’m Dr. Mitchem and I specialize in helping patients obtain and maintain optimal health through nutritional analysis and supplementation, education about diet and lifestyle, and chiropractic care.

I am certified in Functional Medicine, but I like to call what I do Transformational Medicine, as it truly can transform your life. I do this by looking for the underlying cause of the condition and supporting the body’s systems with natural methods, such as whole food nutrition, lifestyle changes and chiropractic adjustments, rather than addressing symptoms only.

I utilize a form of analysis called System Strength Analysis, developed by Dr. Stuart White, and then  create an individual nutrition program designed just for you. Our nutritional supplements are of the highest quality and only made from whole foods, herbs and homeopathic remedies.

If you think about it, organs and systems don’t just automatically stop functioning properly out of the blue. There has to be an underlying cause, whether it be nutritional imbalances from eating the Standard American Diet (SAD), some type of underlying infection, food allergy or intolerance, heavy metal toxicity, chemical sensitivity, and/or a stressful lifestyle.

I firmly believe the majority of disease and illness can be managed with proper nutrition through both diet and supplementation.  We provide whole food supplements, herbs and dietary advice and education to allow our patients to reach their full wellness potential.  Our patients trust us to treat them with care and respect, take accountability for our actions, always be truthful, and form a lasting healthcare relationship.  We are leaders in our community and the ‘go to’ office for nutritional advice and resources.
